Residential Pressure Washing
People have certainly embraced, pressure and power washing as a great way to get certain things done. Such as patio cleaning, pool deck cleaning, driveway cleaning, and just general concrete pressure washing. With rougher areas, it just seems obvious to think that a little water, even if it’s coming in with plenty of force, won’t be too much of an issue. That is not a bad train of thought. Of course, we are going to be able to help you clean those rougher areas. With our power washing techniques, we are able to penetrate deep into the joint points in concrete and tile floors to be able to remove all sorts of junk. We want to also though talk about the way that we clean other areas, though, that many people maybe don’t think that we could help them with.

Driveway & Patio Cleaning
For driveways and patio cleaning, we usually like to apply power washing methods. The main difference that you are going to find between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing is done with warmer water, and is applied more directly. With our techniques, we are able to focus the water pressure to specific areas to be able to flush away all of the junk build-up in hard to reach areas. It’s not like we are going to be shooting at your floors from 10 feet away because all that we have to provide pressure washing services is a long hose. Yes, there are people out there offering cleaning services this way!
Can You Pressure Wash Roofs?
Questions about roof cleaning through pressure washing methods are very common for us. Therefore we thought it appropriate to address the matter here. Different types of roofs will respond differently to pressure washing. We keep coming back to this, but it’s not like we are going to be taking a long hose and just shooting water at your tiles and gutters and call that gutter cleaning. If you are more comfortable with a soft washing method for your roofing, we can certainly arrange that.
How We Handle Window Cleaning
Another of the common concerns that people have, particularly when looking to book pressure washing services is understanding how delicate areas are cleaned. In many cases, these “delicate areas” happen to be windows. Just to be clear, no, we don’t think that spraying windows with a lot of water pressure is always a great idea. We incorporate different types of soft washing techniques on windows to be able to provide excellent results on the entire area. Not just the parts that we are going to be able to pressure wash.
Frequency of Concrete Pressure Washing
How often should you be looking to have your concrete floors, pressure washed? That depends on where the surface is located, and how much wear and tear it gets. Most surfaces are going to be okay when having them pressure washed once every three months, especially in the fall. Where we tend to get more debris on things from falling leaves, other people will even wait much longer than that.
